Picking Grapes to Make Wine

Borgo Pass Vineyard is a u-pick vineyard catering to the home wine maker.

 As a home vintner, you will need bring a receptacle with a lid to to take the juice home.  We encourage you to wear gloves if you don't like sticky hands and to bring your own clippers. We will provide you with a tote to pick grapes into and will crush them for you. A hundred pounds of grapes will make about five gallons of wine.

 Feel free to invite a few friends to help you pick grapes.  There is room on the deck for a picnic lunch if you are so inclined. 

For the 2024 season we have the following varieties : Pinot Noir,
                                                                                             Pinot Gris
                                                                                            Chardonnay
                                                                                            Cabernet.
